While we will not disclose this information to any third-party, neither Terminal Shell, nor its administrators or moderators be held responsible for any cracking attempt, nor for any data that is lost or compromised.

The discretion of any person affiliated with Terminal Shell at a designated level higher than yourself has priority over those at or below your level.
